Autumn has arrived in Japan.


The leaves will soon be turning red in Kyoto, I might have go visit that, supposed to be amazing.


Even more important, they have launched the first Autumn beer - Kirin Autumn lager!

    I found this clipping in amongst the things you left with me at Heathrow, it reads: Kyoto festivals. Jidai festival: witness a procession that displays the evolution of 1,000 years of culture and clothing 22 October.

    Autumn in Kyoto is a festival of natural colour and the best time to explore the city. Green leaves have transformed into dazzling displays of reds and golds. Best time November.
